It was Andrew’s 2nd to last weekend here in Seoul. The mission briefing was simple. Our plan was to check out the weirdest places possible. After a few drinks at an old-fashioned Korean bar, we prowled through the near-empty alleyways, unaware of what obscurities laid ahead. As we continued our trek through these grimy backstreets, I began to realize how seedy Seoul was at night. Perhaps prostitution is prevalent and just as inconspicuous during the day in any other metropolis.
